What countries do you delivery to?
We delivery to only Canada and the United States at this time.
Processing and Delivery Times
Many of our items are made to order and typically requires 3-10 business days to prepare. Processing times will vary and is indicated in the description for each item.
Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations in Canada and 4-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Shipping Options
For orders to the United States, all orders are shipping via USPS
For orders to Canada, we offer the following options:
Pick up at Chit Chats Location:
This option allows the package to be set to the closest Chit Chats Branch location for pick up by the customer.
The pick-up instructions will be sent to the email and phone number provided when ordering. Once the package has arrived at the Chit Chats Branch location, you will have 7 business days to pick up your package. If you need more time, you can request a one time extension.
Please click here to view the available Chit Chats locations. The package will be sent to the Chit Chats Branch location closest to the customer’s provided address on the order. If you would like it to be sent to a different location, please provide a note when ordering or email us with your order number at info@steadyturtlestudio.com
Ship by Local Courier:
This option uses a local courier service. This service is not available for apartments, condos, and PO boxes.
Canada Post:
Shipping by Canada Post Expedited parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Steady Turtle Studio is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Steady Turtle Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs.
